What kind of paint do you use?
FACE FICTION only use specialised face/body make-up. As such they have been formulated as safe non-toxic paint conforming to Australian and European Community cosmetic regulations and Australian Standard 1647.3. Furthermore, they are easily removed with just mild soap and water, or simply a baby wipe.

Are your balloons safe for the environment?
Qualatex latex balloons are made from 100% natural latex — not plastic. Our latex balloons are biodegradable, and decompose as fast as a leaf in your backyard! Latex balloons come from rubber trees. Latex is collected by cutting the tree’s bark, then catching the latex in a cup. Latex harvesting doesn’t hurt the tree. Rubber trees grow in rainforests. Latex harvesting discourages deforestation because latex-producing trees are left intact. A tree can produce latex for up to 40 years. Latex balloons are Earth-friendly!

Do you have insurance?
FACE FICTION are fully insured worldwide (excluding USA/Canada) with Public Liability for $20 000 000. We are happy to provide our Certificate of Currency upon request.

Do you have a Working With Children Check?
FACE FICTION entertainers have Working With Children clearance.

How far do you travel?
FACE FICTION travel anywhere throughout Sydney, Canberra and Melbourne, and will consider bookings in other areas pending availability and entertainers' schedules. 

How long is you minimum booking?
FACE FICTION accept bookings for a minimum of one hour. After the first hour if the artist’s schedule allows, customers can extend their booking in 30 or 60 minute increments.

What are your rates?
FACE FICTION’s rates are based on a number of factors, such as the number of children and the type of entertainment required in the allocated time. Sometimes a client will request additional entertainers to increase the volumes in a set time frame. With many variables, it is unfair to our customers and painters to quote without first briefly discussing what needs are to be met. However some set offers are available on the packages page.

How do I book?
Please contact FACE FICTION to ensure that we are available. Once your booking is accepted by FACE FICTION you will receive details on how to secure your booking. Dates and times are not held without FACE FICTION's receipt of a non-refundable deposit of half of your total price, unless advised otherwise upon booking. We go ahead whatever the weather unless it is unsafe to do so. Please ensure you have a wet weather plan if you wish us to provide entertainment outdoors.
